My latest feature for The Guardian - Healthy minds, healthy profits - was for the Business Sense section, which appears monthly on a Friday. A fascinating piece to write, and a topic that has needed to be brought into the mainstream press for ages but hasn't seemed to have made it, until now, of course!

My future life in Natural Health magazine

If you get hold of the November issue of Natural Health magazine, you'll see my latest glossy feature as the cover story title "Change Your Destiny", and then my mug on page 16.

In the photograph, I'm whacked out in a state of hypnotic trance (you can blame Barbara Ford-Hammond for that), undergoing both past life regression and future life progression to write about my experience for the piece. It really was a lot of fun as well (honestly!).

Live event blogging is where my work stretches to...

The freelance nature of my work can take me wide and far, and I've really enjoyed an unusual commission that I've just completed.

For the last two days I've been 'live event blogging' at the English Heritage Your Place or Mine? conference; the aim being to produce an almost real-time recorded sequence of the programme in the form of a blog, to enable those who were following the conference from afar to keep up to date with it.
