If you get hold of the November issue of Natural Health magazine, you'll see my latest glossy feature as the cover story title "Change Your Destiny", and then my mug on page 16.
In the photograph, I'm whacked out in a state of hypnotic trance (you can blame Barbara Ford-Hammond for that), undergoing both past life regression and future life progression to write about my experience for the piece. It really was a lot of fun as well (honestly!).
I'd met Barbara down at a hotel in Winchester to do this and we recorded the session so I could remember everything for the article. Even though my 'past life' wasn't anything glamorous (I was a mental patient recovering from a nervous breakdown. Hmmm. I blame Barbara), it was a fascinating experience. And my future life as a brain surgeon was certainly interesting.
I must be a glutton for punishment, because Barbara is 'doing me' again for her up and coming book on past lives and future lives, which has been commissioned by Mirage Publishing.
